Shalom Brothers and Sisters, I, Servant Emannu'el Branch, greet you in the Holy and Sovereign name of the OPNNA -- the Original, Pre-earth, Never changing, Non-man made, Alpha Omega -- name & FULL IDENTITY of our only true Creator and His Son -- YAHWEH ELOHIM and YAHSHUA The TRUE MESSIAH. (John 17:3 + Malachi 4:2 vs John 3:18 + Rev 16:9) Afterwards, leave a comment below As you already know, whether black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Jewish or otherwise--no one should be profiled or denied justice because of color of skin or beliefs. Therefore, on February 26, 2013 Yahshua University participated in a very positive and peaceful rally for justice in Savannah, Ga along with several civic organizations, ministers, and elected officials. The theme and key example for what racial profiling looks like was the ongoing legal process of two killings of black youths where the killers instigated a situation then claimed "self defense; I felt threatened" -- 17 year old Jordan Davis killed by Michael Dunn and 17 year old Trayvon Martin killed by George Zimmerman. Keep in mind that, unless it changes, the Zimmerman trial will begin on June 10, 2013--about 100 days as of this writing. So be on the lookout for the particulars on this upcoming trial.
Event coordinator Cheryl LaBon, founder of Women Of Wisdom Savannah. Not only is February the month of Trayvon Martin's birth, ironically, it is also the month that his young life was taken-- Feb 5, 1995--Feb 26, 2012. This event also marks the one year anniversary of Trayvon's death. LaBon spoke on how we must not forget the many Trayvon Martins across America. 19-year old Motivational Speaker, Marquis Mason, founder of "Saving My Generation." This young man spoke on the issue of helping to save the youth from a life of violence, crime, and drugs. He delivered a powerful message of hope.
As I spoke on both the deaths of the two 17-year olds-- Trayvon Martin and Jordan Davis, I made it clear what is the "heart" of the case: that moments before being gunned-down, these two teens were: 1) minding their own business; 2) NOT already engaged in a criminal act when they were, first, confronted by an armed adult stranger; 3) both armed adult strangers either walked up to or went after the unarmed teens who were minding their own business, and NOT the other way around; and lastly, 4) after the unarmed teens were shot and killed, in both of these cases, the armed adults (Zimmerman and Dunn) then played the role of the victim, claiming they "were forced to defend themselves because they felt threatened." Every parent and any human being, black and white alike, should be outraged and standing up for justice. What if these teens were your sons or daughters-- sitting in a back seat of a vehicle or walking home, while on a cell phone and an armed adult stranger approached them, took their lives, then claimed "self-defense?" A Climate of Racial Profiling At the rally, I described what is happening in America is the result of "A Climate of Racial Profiling." A climate has been created when black life has been so devalued for so long that all one has to do today is to arm himself, then start a dispute with an unarmed black youth, and somewhere during the exchange, which they initiated in the first place..... the instigator can now all of a sudden "feeeeeel threatened." After the killing, the killer who claimed that they "felt threatened" is seen, by many, as a hero for standing their ground even when the one they killed was an unarmed youth walking and talking on a cell phone with candy in their pockets or an unarmed youth sitting in the backseat of a vehicle at a gas station. Like all of the speakers before me, I also told the concerned crowd that "no life-- either black, white, Asian or otherwise should be profiled like this." No young person, regardless of ethnicity, should ever have to die like this. This is a message that could benefit all of us, saving lives within all communities across this great nation of ours and beyond.
After hearing the 911 call, I urge you to research some of the comments about Trayvon Martin and see how many people see Trayvon as a criminal who got what he deserved. Also, research how much money has been donated to help George Zimmerman get-off for killing an unarmed teen who was walking and talking on a cell phone. Last count was more than $310,000 and rising! Your comments on this are needed. Trial starts on June 10, 2013. Again, I ask Zimmerman, "What was the initial crime that you saw Trayvon commit that compelled you to chase him after you reported to police that he ran from you and NOT toward you-- an armed adult stranger?" This is just another eye opener to me. I'm 16 years old and I can see how wicked this world is. This situation is very tragic. Innocent teens being killed for minding their own business, like I said i'm 16 and i can't even imagine my life ending now. They had dreams and goals they never will accomplish, because people think that they can take advantage of the system and kill innocent black people!!!!

I just want to say both of these stories touched my heart. I have a sixteen year old son and to think he could be a victim of a hate crime. We send our kids out here in the world thinking its going to be alright and here you have people who will lie and cheat the system and say they fear for their lives and kill our kids. Its time to stand up and say enough is enough and justice needs to prevail.
