Shalom, Yah Fam. Psalm 100 is a short but powerful piece of divinely inspired work from David. In just five verses, the true sovereignty and majesty of our Creator has been beautifully captured in this Psalm. This Psalm is, definitely, on my list of favorite Top 10 Psalms. Unfortunately, too many pastors and bishops have failed to comprehend the meaning which David intended when he first wrote it over 2,500 years ago. Let's journey together and unlock its' hidden manna. Compare how David, the Hebrew, originally wrote Psalm 100 to how the Gentiles erred when they rewrote it. Make notes as to why and how the modern version reduces the authority of our Creator.
Immediately, you will notice that David ensured that the True Name of The Creator, YAHWEH, be honored, feared, and remembered. In just five verses, he referenced YAHWEH by name four times. Every verse, except one, has the Name YAHWEH; and the verse that doesn't have His name still speaks about His name being blessed. This is a monumental revelation. However, mainstream Christianity missed this vital point, entirely. The Gentiles replaced the Holy Name of Yahweh with the nameless generic title of The Lord. By removing Yahweh's true name from the Hebrew Scriptures shows that the Gentiles have little regard for the authority of Yahweh. This demonstrates not only gross negligence toward The Creator, but also reveals a high level of disrespect toward His true name. Yahweh and The Lord are NOT the same, not even close. David did not and would not remove the Creator's name from the scriptures and then replace it with a mere title. No true Hebrew servant of Yahweh would ever think to do such a thing. In fact, a true Hebrew servant of Yahweh would consider erasing and replacing the Holy name as an act of blasphemy.

I just wanted to say thank you to Yahshua University for bringing this very important message to light. The scripture should never be read without using Yahweh Elohim for he is our creator and should never be excluded with a generic Lord or God. I want to always give honor and glory to Yahweh Elohim Yahshua. The church has much work to do with correcting their teaching and bring people into the true light. Please join Yahshua university.com where you will learn how to worship the father and son Yahweh Elohim Yahshua . Praise Yah, Sister Z. Thanks for responding to this PraiseBlog. You are right: The true name of Yahweh should never be substituted with a generic title. This shows a lack of fear and respect for our Creator. Thanx again, and have a blessed Yahweh day.

Wow putting the scriptures side by side meant something totally different. Replacing yahweh's name with Lord and God change the whole meaning for me. It was obvious they did not want us praising our father's true name Yahweh. It was absolutely a different feeling I got from reading his actual name versus those titles. Thank you for bringing that to light. Praise Yah

I will start this post with a question to my beautiful brother's and sisters the children of the real Israel. Who did WE worship before our scattering to all four corners of the earth fulfilling Duet.28:64? This question if can should be answered by name. Most of us the children of the 400 year period of slavery and Jim Crow do not know and it is because of this prophecy written approx. 3500 years ago which states and I quote "" you SHALL serve other gods neither us nor our fore-parents never knew"" . another question who are these "" other gods"" we would serve and how would we come to know him and not who our fore- parents knew? The answer as all the answer to this is Duet.28:68. By going back into Egpyt (spiritual Egypt and bondage) again. Now when we read these verses we know that before slavery we worshipped some dirty other than whom we have been taught and brainwashed to worship now. Psalm 100 speaks volumes to how we are supposed to respect, exalt and praise this glorious name. This is the value at yahshuauniversity.com. we travel back in time here to find our true identity the children of the real Israel and the TRUE IDENTITY of our Father YaHWeH Elohim and our Brother YaHshua the True Messiah the Savoir of the world, who is also our brother. A direct descendant of our brother King David who wrote psalms 100. So if a King knew the respect and honor to be showed this glorious name what are we to do but the same. We didn't come to this land knowing anything about the LORD, GOD Jesus, Allah, Jehovah or any other name. Now is the time brother's and sister's return back to our Father by His name exclusively and give it honor and praise as King David did.

Shalom, Brother Gabriel. What a powerful post and praise. Your words are so inspiring that even I am extra-motivated! I appreciate you taking the time to let your light shine before men. And you are right in spotting out how DAVID THE KING humbled himself to fear and honor the awesome Name of Yahweh without compromise.

Its a shame how the gentiles always feel the need to change and alter something, whether its the original name of the father or blowing the nose off of an ancient Egyptian monument. They try an take the ethnicity out of things and replace with their image and their so called culture. Psalms 100 had the name of Yahweh all through out. It shows us how we are suppose to act towards and serve Yahweh. Its a scripture we must all take a closer look at and implement in our daily lives.

Shalom, Servant Nate. Encouraging words. I especially like when you stated that Psalm 100 is a scripture we all must "take a closer look at and implement in our daily lives." That is so true. Honoring the True name of our Creator, YAHWEH, is a daily lifestyle practice for all who believe.

Isn't Elohim the plural of El Eloh?
