8 Core Daily Reading Plan for March 2018

Do want to have a closer relationship with Yahweh Elohim and Yahshua? You can accomplish this by getting into His word every day.

Join us on this month's 8 Core Daily Reading Plan. We will be reading from The A-List, which includes GENESIS + PROVERBS + MATTHEW + REVELATION. Each day we will read one chapter from each book. We look at today's date and read the chapters for that date.

After you have read the assignment for the day, you will check in on the blog by stating something simple like, "I've completed my reading assignment for the day." If you'd like you may even write the one verse that really stood out to you for that day.

DAY 7: SHALOM YAH FAM PASSENGERS.

I've completed my 8 Core assignment: GENESIS 7 + PROVERB 7 + MATTHEW 7 + REVELATION 7.

My verse of the day is: MATTHEW 7:24
"Therefore whosoever hear these sayings of mine, and DO them, I will liken him/ her unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock" This means that we must WALK IT, LIKE WE TALK IT.

DAY 8: SHALOM YAH FAM PASSENGERS. I've completed my 8 Core assignment: GENESIS 8 + PROVERB 8 + MATTHEW 8 + REVELATION 8.

My verse of the day is: REVELATION 8:13 😧😮
"And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!"
This means that we must WALK IT, LIKE WE TALK IT because YAHWEH IS NOT PLAYING.

DAY 9 for MARCH 2018:
SHALOM YAH FAM PASSENGERS. I've completed my 8 Core assignment: GENESIS 9 + PROVERB 9 + MATTHEW 9 + REVELATION 9.

My verse of the day is: PROVERB 9:6
"Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding."

This means that we must overcome the crowd and not do what they do. We are to WALK IT, LIKE WE TALK IT and humble ourselves to listen to sound doctrine for proper understanding.

I have finished my 8 core plan assignment for today!
Gen.13&14 + Proverbs12 + Mathew 12 + Revelation 12.

My stand out scripture is:
Proverbs 12:28 KJV
[28] In the way of righteousness is life; and in the pathway thereof there is no death.

That means stay the course and stay focused! The straight and narrow! HalleluYah fam! Shalom

Good job on today's 8 Core Daily Reading Plan. Very insightful on your application of Proverb 13:28. And you're so right: "We must stay the course and stay on the straight and narrow."

DAY 13: SHALOM YAH FAM PASSENGERS.
I've completed my 8 Core assignment: GENESIS 15 & 16 + PROVERB 13 + MATTHEW 13 + REVELATION 13.

My verse of the day is: PROVERB 13:20
"He that walks with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed."

This let's us know that we must be careful about the company we keep and who it is we allow in our circle.

I am so happy Yah-U has a core for reading the daily word and it has really helped me with learning my word and taking time to study. It connects me to my Yah Fam on the train everyday. I am so blessed to be a part of this beautiful Yah Fam community that Yahshuauniversity has formed here. I pray that everyone takes the time to go to the daily core and be a part of the Train learning about your creator Yahweh Elohim and his son who died for us all Yahshua our Messiah. Stay in the word my sisters and brothers in Yah!

DAY 14: SHALOM YAH FAM PASSENGERS. I've completed my 8 Core assignment: GENESIS 17 & 18 + PROVERB 14 + MATTHEW 14 + REVELATION 14.

My verse of the day is: GENESIS 18:19
"For I know him [Abraham], that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of Yahweh, to do justice and judgment; that Yahweh may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him."

Wow! This scripture let's us know that Abraham was a faithful servant of Yahweh and was a living positive example for his family.

Yahweh says, "FOR I KNOW HIM." Yahweh knows that Abraham is walking it like he is talking it. Yahweh knows that Abraham is taking the Word of Righteousness seriously and will teach his family and will be the example.

Question: Are you the "walk it like you talk it" Abraham example for your family also?

DAY 15: SHALOM YAH FAM PASSENGERS. I've completed my 8 Core assignment: GENESIS 19 & 20 + PROVERB 15 + MATTHEW 15 + REVELATION 15.

My verse of the day is PROVERB 15:2 "The TONGUE of the wise uses knowledge aright: but the MOUTH of fools pours out foolishness"

Righteousness is more than head knowledge and quoting scriptures. Righteousness is also your behavior, attitude and your actions toward others. I see too many "religious" people having a form of godliness quoting scriptures yet are quick tempered, cussing, fussing and ready to fight like gang members (II TIMOTHY 3:1-7).

2 TYPES OF WORDS:
TYPE 1 WISE TONGUE: Whenever we claim to know the scriptures and then we share what we know we are to ALWAYS SPEAK to others in the spirit of righteousness and wisdom for the purpose of WINNING OTHERS TO THE MESSIAH. (It's not what you say but how you say it).

TYPE 2 FOOLISH MOUTH: From this mouth are WORDS that are mean-spirited, foul, disrespectful, demeaning and even personal attacks and name-calling while at the same time quoting scriptures. What?!!

The scriptures, NOT ME, the scriptures calls those with the TYPE 2 MOUTH...fools. When The Word of Yah calls you a "fool" then it's time to change. THIS GOES FOR ME, TOO.

Have you stood up for righteousness lately while at the same time calling your sisters and brothers out of their name?
If you are guilty of being TYPE 2, it's OK. You can change that behavior. Now is the time to repent and not repeat. This is the power of The Death, Burial and Resurrection of Yahshua!!
