EXODUS + JOSHUA + JOHN + ACTS
Joshua Chapter 21
21:1Then came near the heads of the fathers of the Levites unto Eleazar the priest, and unto Joshua the son of Nun, and unto the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel;
21:2And they spake unto them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, Yahweh commanded by the hand of Moses to give us cities to dwell in, with the suburbs thereof for our cattle.
21:3And the children of Israel gave unto the Levites out of their inheritance, at the commandment of Yahweh, these cities and their suburbs.
21:4And the lot came out for the families of the Kohathites: and the children of Aaron the priest, which were of the Levites, had by lot out of the tribe of Judah, and out of the tribe of Simeon, and out of the tribe of Benjamin, thirteen cities.
21:5And the rest of the children of Kohath had by lot out of the families of the tribe of Ephraim, and out of the tribe of Dan, and out of the half tribe of Manasseh, ten cities.
21:6And the children of Gershon had by lot out of the families of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the half tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
21:7The children of Merari by their families had out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
21:8And the children of Israel gave by lot unto the Levites these cities with their suburbs, as Yahweh commanded by the hand of Moses.
21:9And they gave out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, these cities which are here mentioned by name,
21:10Which the children of Aaron, being of the families of the Kohathites, who were of the children of Levi, had: for theirs was the first lot.
21:11And they gave them the city of Arba the father of Anak, which city is Hebron, in the hill country of Judah, with the suburbs thereof round about it.
21:12But the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, gave they to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for his possession.
21:13Thus they gave to the children of Aaron the priest Hebron with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Libnah with her suburbs,
21:14And Jattir with her suburbs, and Eshtemoa with her suburbs,
21:15And Holon with her suburbs, and Debir with her suburbs,
21:16And Ain with her suburbs, and Juttah with her suburbs, and Bethshemesh with her suburbs; nine cities out of those two tribes.
21:17And out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with her suburbs, Geba with her suburbs,
21:18Anathoth with her suburbs, and Almon with her suburbs; four cities.
21:19All the cities of the children of Aaron, the priests, were thirteen cities with their suburbs.
21:20And the families of the children of Kohath, the Levites which remained of the children of Kohath, even they had the cities of their lot out of the tribe of Ephraim.
21:21For they gave them Shechem with her suburbs in mount Ephraim, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Gezer with her suburbs,
21:22And Kibzaim with her suburbs, and Bethhoron with her suburbs; four cities.
21:23And out of the tribe of Dan, Eltekeh with her suburbs, Gibbethon with her suburbs,
21:24Aijalon with her suburbs, Gathrimmon with her suburbs; four cities.
21:25And out of the half tribe of Manasseh, Tanach with her suburbs, and Gathrimmon with her suburbs; two cities.
21:26All the cities were ten with their suburbs for the families of the children of Kohath that remained.
21:27And unto the children of Gershon, of the families of the Levites, out of the other half tribe of Manasseh they gave Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Beeshterah with her suburbs; two cities.
21:28And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kishon with her suburbs, Dabareh with her suburbs,
21:29Jarmuth with her suburbs, Engannim with her suburbs; four cities.
21:30And out of the tribe of Asher, Mishal with her suburbs, Abdon with her suburbs,
21:31Helkath with her suburbs, and Rehob with her suburbs; four cities.
21:32And out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Hammothdor with her suburbs, and Kartan with her suburbs; three cities.
21:33All the cities of the Gershonites according to their families were thirteen cities with their suburbs.
21:34And unto the families of the children of Merari, the rest of the Levites, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam with her suburbs, and Kartah with her suburbs,
21:35Dimnah with her suburbs, Nahalal with her suburbs; four cities.
21:36And out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer with her suburbs, and Jahazah with her suburbs,
21:37Kedemoth with her suburbs, and Mephaath with her suburbs; four cities.
21:38And out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Mahanaim with her suburbs,
21:39Heshbon with her suburbs, Jazer with her suburbs; four cities in all.
21:40So all the cities for the children of Merari by their families, which were remaining of the families of the Levites, were by their lot twelve cities.
21:41All the cities of the Levites within the possession of the children of Israel were forty and eight cities with their suburbs.
21:42These cities were every one with their suburbs round about them: thus were all these cities.
21:43And Yahweh gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein.
21:44And Yahweh gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; Yahweh delivered all their enemies into their hand.
21:45There failed not ought of any good thing which Yahweh had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.
21:1Then came near the heads of the fathers of the Levites unto Eleazar the priest, and unto Joshua the son of Nun, and unto the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel;

John Chapter 21
21:1After these things Yahshua shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself.
21:2There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.
21:3Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.
21:4But when the morning was now come, Yahshua stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Yahshua.
21:5Then Yahshua saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.
21:6And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.
21:7Therefore that disciple whom Yahshua loved saith unto Peter, It is the Master. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Master, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.
21:8And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes.
21:9As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.
21:10Yahshua saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.
21:11Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.
21:12Yahshua saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Master.
21:13Yahshua then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.
21:14This is now the third time that Yahshua shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.
21:15So when they had dined, Yahshua saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Master; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
21:16He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Master; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
21:17He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Master, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Yahshua saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
21:18Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.
21:19This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify Yahweh. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me.
21:20Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Yahshua loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Master, which is he that betrayeth thee?
21:21Peter seeing him saith to Yahshua, Master, and what shall this man do?
21:22Yahshua saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.
21:23Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Yahshua said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?
21:24This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true.
21:25And there are also many other things which Yahshua did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

Acts Chapter 21
21:1And it came to pass, that after we were gotten from them, and had launched, we came with a straight course unto Coos, and the day following unto Rhodes, and from thence unto Patara:
21:2And finding a ship sailing over unto Phenicia, we went aboard, and set forth.
21:3Now when we had discovered Cyprus, we left it on the left hand, and sailed into Syria, and landed at Tyre: for there the ship was to unlade her burden.
21:4And finding disciples, we tarried there seven days: who said to Paul through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.
21:5And when we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way with wives and children, till we were out of the city: and we kneeled down on the shore, and prayed.
21:6And when we had taken our leave one of another, we took ship; and they returned home again.
21:7And when we had finished our course from Tyre, we came to Ptolemais, and saluted the brethren, and abode with them one day.
21:8And the next day we that were of Paul's company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven; and abode with him.
21:9And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.
21:10And as we tarried there many days, there came down from Judaea a certain prophet, named Agabus.
21:11And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Spirit, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.
21:12And when we heard these things, both we, and they of that place, besought him not to go up to Jerusalem.
21:13Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Sovereign Yahshua.
21:14And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The will of Yahweh be done.
21:15And after those days we took up our carriages, and went up to Jerusalem.
21:16There went with us also certain of the disciples of Caesarea, and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus, an old disciple, with whom we should lodge.
21:17And when we were come to Jerusalem, the brethren received us gladly.
21:18And the day following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present.
21:19And when he had saluted them, he declared particularly what things Elohim had wrought among the Gentiles by his ministry.
21:20And when they heard it, they glorified Yahweh, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law:
21:21And they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcise their children, neither to walk after the customs.
21:22What is it therefore? the multitude must needs come together: for they will hear that thou art come.
21:23Do therefore this that we say to thee: We have four men which have a vow on them;
21:24Them take, and purify thyself with them, and be at charges with them, that they may shave their heads: and all may know that those things, whereof they were informed concerning thee, are nothing; but that thou thyself also walkest orderly, and keepest the law.
21:25As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.
21:26Then Paul took the men, and the next day purifying himself with them entered into the temple, to signify the accomplishment of the days of purification, until that an offering should be offered for every one of them.
21:27And when the seven days were almost ended, the Jews which were of Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the people, and laid hands on him,
21:28Crying out, Men of Israel, help: This is the man, that teacheth all men every where against the people, and the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks also into the temple, and hath polluted this holy place.
21:29(For they had seen before with him in the city Trophimus an Ephesian, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.)
21:30And all the city was moved, and the people ran together : and they took Paul, and drew him out of the temple: and forthwith the doors were shut.
21:31And as they went about to kill him, tidings came unto the chief captain of the band, that all Jerusalem was in an uproar.
21:32Who immediately took soldiers and centurions, and ran down unto them: and when they saw the chief captain and the soldiers, they left beating of Paul.
21:33Then the chief captain came near, and took him, and commanded him to be bound with two chains; and demanded who he was, and what he had done.
21:34And some cried one thing, some another, among the multitude: and when he could not know the certainty for the tumult, he commanded him to be carried into the castle.
21:35And when he came upon the stairs, so it was, that he was borne of the soldiers for the violence of the people.
21:36For the multitude of the people followed after, crying, Away with him.
21:37And as Paul was to be led into the castle, he said unto the chief captain, May I speak unto thee? Who said, Canst thou speak Greek?
21:38Art not thou that Egyptian, which before these days madest an uproar, and leddest out into the wilderness four thousand men that were murderers?
21:39But Paul said, I am a man which am a Jew of Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, a citizen of no mean city: and, I beseech thee, suffer me to speak unto the people.
21:40And when he had given him licence, Paul stood on the stairs, and beckoned with the hand unto the people. And when there was made a great silence, he spake unto them in the Hebrew tongue, saying,
21:1And it came to pass, that after we were gotten from them, and had launched, we came with a straight course unto Coos, and the day following unto Rhodes, and from thence unto Patara:
21:2And finding a ship sailing over unto Phenicia, we went aboard, and set forth.

And when there was made a great silence, he spake unto them in the Hebrew tongue, saying,
Exodus Chapter 21
21:1Now these are the judgments which thou shalt set before them.
21:2If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing.
21:3If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself: if he were married, then his wife shall go out with him.
21:4If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out by himself.
21:5And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free:
21:6Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever.
21:7And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do.
21:8If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her.
21:9And if he have betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.
21:10If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.
21:11And if he do not these three unto her, then shall she go out free without money.
21:12He that smiteth a man, so that he die, shall be surely put to death.
21:13And if a man lie not in wait, but Elohim deliver him into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.
21:14But if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die.
21:15And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death.
21:16And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.
21:17And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death.
21:18And if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed:
21:19If he rise again, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that smote him be quit: only he shall pay for the loss of his time, and shall cause him to be thoroughly healed.
21:20And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished.
21:21Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he is his money.
21:22If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.
21:23And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,
21:24Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
21:25Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.
21:26And if a man smite the eye of his servant, or the eye of his maid, that it perish; he shall let him go free for his eye's sake.
21:27And if he smite out his manservant's tooth, or his maidservant's tooth; he shall let him go free for his tooth's sake.
21:28If an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be quit.
21:29But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.
21:30If there be laid on him a sum of money, then he shall give for the ransom of his life whatsoever is laid upon him.
21:31Whether he have gored a son, or have gored a daughter, according to this judgment shall it be done unto him.
21:32If the ox shall push a manservant or a maidservant; he shall give unto their master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.
21:33And if a man shall open a pit, or if a man shall dig a pit, and not cover it, and an ox or a donkey fall therein;
21:34The owner of the pit shall make it good, and give money unto the owner of them; and the dead beast shall be his.
21:35And if one man's ox hurt another's, that he die; then they shall sell the live ox, and divide the money of it; and the dead ox also they shall divide.
21:36Or if it be known that the ox hath used to push in time past, and his owner hath not kept him in; he shall surely pay ox for ox; and the dead shall be his own.
21:1Now these are the judgments which thou shalt set before them.

Exodus Chapter 22
22:1If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.
22:2If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him.
22:3If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.
22:4If the theft be certainly found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or donkey, or sheep; he shall restore double.
22:5If a man shall cause a field or vineyard to be eaten, and shall put in his beast, and shall feed in another man's field; of the best of his own field, and of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution.
22:6If fire break out, and catch in thorns, so that the stacks of corn, or the standing corn, or the field, be consumed therewith; he that kindled the fire shall surely make restitution.
22:7If a man shall deliver unto his neighbour money or stuff to keep, and it be stolen out of the man's house; if the thief be found, let him pay double.
22:8If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour's goods.
22:9For all manner of trespass, whether it be for ox, for donkey, for sheep, for raiment, or for any manner of lost thing, which another challengeth to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; and whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour.
22:10If a man deliver unto his neighbour a donkey, or an ox, or a sheep, or any beast, to keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away, no man seeing it:
22:11Then shall an oath of Yahweh be between them both, that he hath not put his hand unto his neighbour's goods; and the owner of it shall accept thereof, and he shall not make it good.
22:12And if it be stolen from him, he shall make restitution unto the owner thereof.
22:13If it be torn in pieces, then let him bring it for witness, and he shall not make good that which was torn.
22:14And if a man borrow ought of his neighbour, and it be hurt, or die, the owner thereof being not with it, he shall surely make it good.
22:15But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good: if it be an hired thing, it came for his hire.
22:16And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife.
22:17If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.
22:18Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.
22:19Whosoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death.
22:20He that sacrificeth unto any mighty one, save unto Yahweh only, he shall be utterly destroyed.
22:21Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.
22:22Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.
22:23If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry;
22:24And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.
22:25If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.
22:26If thou at all take thy neighbour's raiment to pledge, thou shalt deliver it unto him by that the sun goeth down:
22:27For that is his covering only, it is his raiment for his skin: wherein shall he sleep? and it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious.
22:28Thou shalt not revile judges, nor curse the ruler of thy people.
22:29Thou shalt not delay to offer the first of thy ripe fruits, and of thy liquors: the firstborn of thy sons shalt thou give unto me.
22:30Likewise shalt thou do with thine oxen, and with thy sheep: seven days it shall be with his dam; on the eighth day thou shalt give it me.
22:31And ye shall be holy men unto me: neither shall ye eat any flesh that is torn of beasts in the field; ye shall cast it to the dogs.
22:1If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.
