DAY 1
EXODUS + JOSHUA + JOHN + ACTS
Exodus Chapter 1
1:1Now these are the names of the children of Israel, which came into Egypt; every man and his household came with Jacob.
1:2Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah,
1:3Issachar, Zebulun, and Benjamin,
1:4Dan, and Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
1:5And all the souls that came out of the loins of Jacob were seventy souls: for Joseph was in Egypt already.
1:6And Joseph died, and all his brethren, and all that generation.
1:7And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them.
1:8Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph.
1:9And he said unto his people, Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we:
1:10Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land.
1:11Therefore they did set over them taskmasters to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh treasure cities, Pithom and Raamses.
1:12But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew. And they were grieved because of the children of Israel.
1:13And the Egyptians made the children of Israel to serve with rigour:
1:14And they made their lives bitter with hard bondage, in morter, and in brick, and in all manner of service in the field: all their service, wherein they made them serve, was with rigour.
1:15And the king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew midwives, of which the name of the one was Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah:
1:16And he said, When ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him: but if it be a daughter, then she shall live.
1:17But the midwives feared Elohim, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive
1:18And the king of Egypt called for the midwives, and said unto them, Why have ye done this thing, and have saved the men children alive?
1:19And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered ere the midwives come in unto them.
1:20Therefore Elohim dealt well with the midwives: and the people multiplied, and waxed very mighty.
1:21And it came to pass, because the midwives feared Elohim, that he made them houses.
1:22And Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter ye shall save alive.

Joshua Chapter 1
1:1Now after the death of Moses the servant of Yahweh it came to pass, that Yahweh spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying,
1:2Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.
1:3Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.
1:4From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.
1:5There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
1:6Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.
1:7Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.
1:8This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
1:9Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for Yahweh thy Elohim is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
1:10Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,
1:11Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which Yahweh your Elohim giveth you to possess it.
1:12And to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh, spake Joshua, saying,
1:13Remember the word which Moses the servant of Yahweh commanded you, saying, Yahweh your Elohim hath given you rest, and hath given you this land.
1:14Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side Jordan; but ye shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valour, and help them;
1:15Until Yahweh have given your brethren rest, as he hath given you, and they also have possessed the land which Yahweh your Elohim giveth them: then ye shall return unto the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses Yahweh's servant gave you on this side Jordan toward the sunrising.
1:16And they answered Joshua, saying, All that thou commandest us we will do, and whithersoever thou sendest us, we will go.
1:17According as we hearkened unto Moses in all things, so will we hearken unto thee: only Yahweh thy Elohim be with thee, as he was with Moses.
1:18Whosoever he be that doth rebel against thy commandment, and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage.

John Chapter 1
1:1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim.
1:2The same was in the beginning with Elohim.
1:3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
1:4In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
1:5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
1:6There was a man sent from Elohim, whose name was John.
1:7The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
1:8He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
1:9That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
1:10He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
1:11He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
1:12But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of Elohim, even to them that believe on his name:
1:13Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of Yahweh.
1:14And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
1:15John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.
1:16And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.
1:17For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Yahshua Messiah.
1:18No man hath seen Yahweh at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
1:19And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou?
1:20And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Messiah.
1:21And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.
1:22Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself?
1:23He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of Yahweh, as said the prophet Esaias.
1:24And they which were sent were of the Pharisees.
1:25And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizest thou then, if thou be not that Messiah, nor Elias, neither that prophet?
1:26John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not;
1:27He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe's latchet I am not worthy to unloose.
1:28These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.
1:29The next day John seeth Yahshua coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of Yahweh, which taketh away the sin of the world.
1:30This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.
1:31And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water.
1:32And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him.
1:33And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Spirit.
1:34And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of Yahweh.
1:35Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples;
1:36And looking upon Yahshua as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of Yahweh!
1:37And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Yahshua.
1:38Then Yahshua turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, What seek ye? They said unto him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master,) where dwellest thou?
1:39He saith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where he dwelt, and abode with him that day: for it was about the tenth hour.
1:40One of the two which heard John speak, and followed him, was Andrew, Simon Peter's brother.
1:41He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Anointed.
1:42And he brought him to Yahshua. And when Yahshua beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone.
1:43The day following Yahshua would go forth into Galilee, and findeth Philip, and saith unto him, Follow me.
1:44Now Philip was of Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter.
1:45Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Yahshua of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.
1:46And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.
1:47Yahshua saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!
1:48Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Yahshua answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.
1:49Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of Yahweh; thou art the King of Israel.
1:50Yahshua answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou? thou shalt see greater things than these.
1:51And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of Elohim ascending and descending upon the Son of man.
1:1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim.
1:2The same was in the beginning with Elohim.
1:3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
1:4In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

1:15John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.
1:16And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.

Acts Chapter 1
1:1The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Yahshua began both to do and teach,
1:2Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Spirit had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:
1:3To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of Yahweh:
1:4And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
1:5For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days hence.
1:6When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Master, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
1:7And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
1:8But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
1:9And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
1:10And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
1:11Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Yahshua, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
1:12Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey.
1:13And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James.
1:14These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Yahshua, and with his brethren.
1:15And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,)
1:16Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Yahshua.
1:17For he was numbered with us, and had obtained part of this ministry.
1:18Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.
1:19And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that field is called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say, The field of blood.
1:20For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein : and his bishoprick let another take.
1:21Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Master Yahshua went in and out among us,
1:22Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection.
1:23And they appointed two, Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias.
1:24And they prayed, and said, Thou, Yahweh, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen,
1:25That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.
1:26And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.
1:1The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Yahshua began both to do and teach,
